Strength is the foundation of health. Strong people have denser bones, regulate blood sugar more efficiently, burn more calories at rest, are harder to injure, and enjoy a higher overall work capacity.
Barbells are the best way to get strong because they allow the trainee to use the most muscle mass to move the most weight over the longest range of motion. They are also infinitely scalable and can accommodate most physical limitations.
I offer a two hour Introduction To Barbells for beginners ($120) and one hour Form Checks for those with some lifting experience ($60). I am also available for Online Programming ($60 per month).
